All Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. Faulty goods will be refunded or replaced upon request. We retain the right to test the goods prior to replacement or refund.

4.Depending on the reason for the goods return, should the goods or the packaging be damaged when returned, we retain the right to charge a “restocking fee’’ which will be expressed as a percentage reduction of the original sales amount.
